Lung Cancer presents with a variety of stages and conditions that make the treatment of each case unique. Both surgery and radiotherapy, with or without chemotherapy, have been used as primary treatment for lung cancer, with variable degrees of success, depending upon the extent of disease at presentation (1-7).
